- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion
- 4 clove garlic
- 2 carrot
- 2 celery stalk
- 2 cup canned diced tomato
- 2 cup canned white beans
- 2 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.
