Ingredients

  • 500 gram turkey breast
  • 2 carrot
  • 300 gram broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 green onion
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 400 gram cooked rice

Instructions

    Slice the turkey breast into thin strips.

    Peel and slice the carrots into matchsticks, and cut the red bell pepper into thin strips.

    In a large pan or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

    Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.

    Add the turkey strips to the pan, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
