- 4 can canned tuna
- 2 can canned white beans
- 1 onion
- 2 carrot
- 2 celery stalk
- 3 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley

Finely dice the onion, carrot, and celery. Mince the garlic cloves.

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, carrot, and celery. Sauté for 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
