- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 15 oz cans canned black beans
- 1 28 oz can canned diced tomatoes
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1 green bell pepper
Instructions

Dice the onion and green bell pepper, and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic, and green bell pepper and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and add to the pot. Cook until lightly browned, about 4 minutes.
