  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lime
  • 100 g peanut butter
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 wooden skewers
