  • 6 cups spinach
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
