Ingredients

- 4 can canned tuna
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 clove garlic
- 2 cup broccoli
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 carrot
- 2 cup brown rice
- 2 egg
- 2 green onion

Cook the brown rice according to package instructions and set aside.

Chop the broccoli into small florets, slice the red bell pepper and carrot into thin strips, and mince the garlic cloves.

In a large pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the broccoli, red bell pepper, and carrot to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan, then add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and crack the eggs into the pan. Scramble them until fully cooked.
