Ingredients

- 2 cup canned lentils
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 2 avocado
- 1 lime
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup canned black beans
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- salt — to taste

Instructions

Drain and rinse the canned lentils and black beans.

Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

In a large pan over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
