  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
