- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon coriander
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 4 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
