- 1 400g can canned chickpeas
- 1 400g can canned diced tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
