Ingredients

  • 800 g shrimp
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 240 g Greek yogurt
  • 80 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Wash and chop the broccoli into small florets.

    In a pot of boiling salted water, blanch the broccoli for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
