  • 500 g chicken thigh
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 400 g canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup white rice
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

    Dice the onion and mince the garlic. Slice the red bell pepper.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
