Ingredients

  • 2 cans canned tuna
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 green onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter

    Drain the canned tuna thoroughly.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, and chopped green onion.

    Place a flour tortilla on a working surface and spread 1/4 of the tuna mixture evenly over half of the tortilla.

    Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the tuna layer.
