Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. 2

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  3. 3

Dice the onion and red bell pepper, then add them to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until softened.

  4. 4

Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes.

  5. 5

Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

  6. 6

In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  7. 7

Pour the egg mixture over the turkey and vegetables in the skillet, spreading it evenly.

  8. 8

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden on top.

  9. 9

Allow the frittata to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
