- 3 cups canned chickpeas
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup water

Drain and rinse the chickpeas under cold water.

Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
