- 4 cup broccoli florets
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
