- 800 g cottage cheese
- 400 g frozen spinach
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 teaspoon curry powder
- 400 g canned diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 200 ml water

Chop the onion finely and mince the garlic.
