- 600 g chicken breast
- 200 g brown rice
- 1 red bell pepper
- 200 g broccoli florets
- 1 carrot
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 green onion
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
Instructions

Cook the brown rice according to package instructions, then set aside.

Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Add chicken pieces to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
