  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 150 grams frozen peas
  • 150 grams frozen corn
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • black pepper — to taste
  • salt — to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
