  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice

    Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly.
