Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 15 oz can canned chickpeas
  • 6 cup spinach
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

    Dice the onion and mince the garlic, then add to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

    Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas, then add them to the pan, stirring well.
