  • 500 g shrimp
  • 3 zucchini

  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  1. 1

Prepare zucchini by washing and cutting it into ribbons using a vegetable peeler.

  2. 2

Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

  3. 3

Juice the lemon and set aside.

  4. 4

Rinse and pat dry the shrimp with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

  7. 7

  8. 8

Add the zucchini ribbons to the skillet, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until just tender.

  9. 9

Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to taste.

  10. 10

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
