Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 400 grams firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 200 grams broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 green onions
  • ground black pepper — to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1

Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.

  2. 2

Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

  3. 3

Add the tofu cubes to the pan, cooking until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.

  5. 5

In the same pan, add minced garlic and sliced green onions, stir-frying for 1 minute.

  6. 6

Add broccoli florets, sliced red bell pepper, and sliced carrot to the pan.

  7. 7

Stir-fry the vegetables for 4-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

  8. 8

Return the tofu to the pan and add soy sauce and ground black pepper, tossing everything to coat evenly.

  9. 9

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  10. 10

Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
