Ingredients

- 400 grams firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 200 grams broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 green onions
- ground black pepper — to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions

Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.
