Ingredients

- 600 g salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 200 g cabbage
- 1 red bell pepper
- 8 corn tortilla
- 400 g canned black beans
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).

Season salmon fillets with salt, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Place salmon on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
