  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

    Brush salmon fillets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and juice from half a lemon.
