  • 4 white fish fillet
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 can canned tomatoes
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 4 cup baby spinach
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Set aside.
