- 500 g shrimp
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 2 clove garlic
- 200 g mixed salad greens
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 50 g black olives
- 0.5 red onion
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Peel and devein the shrimp under cold running water, then pat dry with a paper towel.
