Ingredients

- 600 g salmon fillet
- 400 g broccoli florets
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).

In a large baking dish, add the broccoli florets. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Finely mince the garlic cloves and sprinkle over the broccoli.

Cut the salmon fillet into even pieces and arrange them on top of the broccoli in the baking dish.

Spread cream cheese over the salmon pieces evenly.

Grate cheddar cheese over the top of the entire dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork, and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
