Ingredients

- 600 g shrimp
- 2 bell pepper
- 400 g canned diced tomatoes
- 1 yellow onion
- 3 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1 lime
- fresh cilantro — to taste
Instructions

Peel and devein shrimp, then season with salt and pepper.

Dice the bell peppers and onion, and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
