- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 2 zucchini
- 2 carrot
- 4 green onion
- 2 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

Grate the zucchini and carrot into a large bowl. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
