Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 carrot
  • 4 green onion
  • 2 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

    Grate the zucchini and carrot into a large bowl. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.

    Thinly slice the green onions and add to the bowl with the grated vegetables.
