- 2 sweet potato
- 500 grams ground turkey
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 clove garlic
- 400 grams canned diced tomatoes
- 400 grams canned kidney beans
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
Instructions

Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into 1-cm cubes.

Chop the onion and red bell pepper, and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent, about 2 minutes.
