Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 8 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • 1 tomato

Instructions

    Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thin cutlets.

    Season the chicken with salt and black pepper.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

    Cook the chicken cutlets in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
