Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 500 g shrimp
  • 200 g spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 75 g whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 100 ml vegetable broth

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).

    Peel and devein the shrimp, then rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

    Chop the onion and garlic finely.

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until soft, about 3 minutes.
