- 4 zucchini
- 600 grams cod fillets
- 60 grams butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 2 tablespoons parsley

Spiralize the zucchinis into noodles and set aside.

Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper on both sides.
