For 4 servings

  • 8 eggs
  • 200 grams spinach
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese
  • 100 milliliters heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt — to taste

  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  5. 5

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.

  6. 6

In a baking dish, spread the cooked spinach evenly at the bottom.

  7. 7

Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top.

  8. 8

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden and bubbly.

  9. 9

Let it cool slightly before serving.
