  • 15 oz canned black beans
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt — to taste
  • pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Rinse and cook 1 cup of white rice according to package instructions.
