- 500 g ground sausage
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 carrot
- 2 clove garlic
- 400 g canned diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

- black pepper — to taste

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1/4-inch slices. Set aside.
