  • 2 cup brown rice
  • 2 cup frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions
