  • 4 ribeye steak
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 200 g mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g baby spinach

Instructions

    Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

    Season ribeye steaks generously with salt and black pepper.
