  • 2 cans canned salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onion
  • 0.5 head cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 lemon
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

    Drain canned salmon and remove any large bones. In a bowl, mix salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper.
