For 4 servings

  • 300 g pasta
  • 400 g canned white beans
  • 400 g canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

  1. 1

Dice the onion and mince the garlic.

  2. 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. 3

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

Stir in the canned diced tomatoes, including the juice, and bring to a simmer.

  5. 5

Add the drained white beans, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper to the skillet.

  6. 6

  10. 10

Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
