Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 400 g turkey breast
  • 300 g broccoli florets
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

  1. 1

Cut the turkey breast into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. 4

Add broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until just tender.

  5. 5

Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook gnocchi according to package instructions, usually about 2-3 minutes, then drain.

  6. 6

Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.

  7. 7

Return the cooked turkey to the skillet, then add the drained gnocchi. Toss everything together to coat with the Alfredo sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. 8

Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
