Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 800 g chicken thigh
- 300 g broccoli
- 1 bell pepper
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 clove garlic
- 20 g ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onion
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- salt — to taste
Instructions
- 1
Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, ensuring to handle the raw chicken safely by washing hands and any surfaces after contact.
- 2
Chop the broccoli into florets and thinly slice the bell pepper.
- 3
Mince the garlic and ginger. Slice the green onions for garnish.
- 4
In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- 5
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. Add the remaining olive oil to the pan.
- 6
Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 7
Add the broccoli and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 8
Return the chicken to the pan, along with the soy sauce, sesame oil, and red chili flakes. Stir to combine and heat through, about 2-3 minutes.
- 9
Season with salt to taste. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
