Ingredients

- 600 g lean ground beef
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1 tsp dried thyme

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).

Chop the cauliflower into florets and steam them until tender, about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, seasoning with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
