Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 300 grams frozen spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 grams feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt — to taste
  • black pepper — to taste

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Thaw and drain the frozen spinach thoroughly, pressing out excess water.

    Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

    In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.

    Add drained spinach to the pan, cook for another 3 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
