- 1.5 pound chicken breast
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 15 ounce canned chickpeas
- 2 cup brown rice
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 0.5 cup fresh parsley

Cook brown rice according to package instructions.

Rinse and drain chickpeas, then set aside.

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.
