- 400 gram canned tomatoes
- 200 gram brown lentils
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 500 ml water

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
