- 400 g shrimp
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 250 g broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 green onion
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Peel and devein the shrimp; rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Mince the garlic cloves. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Slice the red bell pepper and carrot into thin strips. Chop the green onions finely.

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, cornstarch, and water; set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add shrimp to the pan, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.
