- 600 g chicken breast
- 2 zucchini
- 60 g parmesan cheese
- 2 egg
- 100 g almond flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt — to taste
- black pepper — to taste

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.

Slice the chicken breast into strips about 1 to 1.5 cm wide.

In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs. In another shallow bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
